Texas Mineral Resources Corp. is an exploration stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the business of owning, acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties. Its flagship Rare Earths-Round Top project is located in Hudspeth County, Texas, approximately 85 miles southeast of El Paso. It holds 19-year renewable leases from the State of Texas on 950 acres encompassing Round Top and additional prospecting permits on adjacent areas covering an additional over 9,345 acres. Round Top develops a metallurgical process to concentrate or otherwise extract the metals from the Round Top Project's rhyolite, conduct additional engineering, design and geotechnical work, among others. The Company’s Carlisle mine has four patented mining claims in the Steeple Rock district of New Mexico.
