Xeikon NV, formerly Punch Graphix NV, is a Netherlands-based company engaged in the provision of digital printing and prepress equipment for specific market segments in the global graphics industry. It operates through two business divisions: Digital Printing Solutions and Prepress Solutions. The Digital Printing division operates under the Xeikon brand name and offers solutions for professional color printing in commercial printing, document, transaction printing, as well as industrial applications, such as labels and packaging. The Prepress Solutions division operates under the basysPrint brand name and develops, produces and markets computer-to-plate (CtP) prepress systems for various printing techniques using Ultraviolet-sensitive plates. It has approximately 40 subsidiaries, such as RMS Swiss sa, RMS sas and Punch Graphix Ltd, among others. In September 2013, XBC BV acquired approximately 66% of the Company's share capital.
