The Transportation segment is involved in port transportation business, transportation business, warehousing business, lorry transportation business, ship anchorage and other incidental businesses such as customs clearance, shipping agency and air cargo handling. The Real Estate division is engaged in leasing of owned land and buildings, sale of land and buildings and perform intermediary services. The Equipment Sales division is engaged in sales of construction machinery, and repair, maintenance, and parts sales of various automobiles and machines. The Hotel segment operates hotels, weddings, parties and dining halls. The Product Sales segment is engaged in the sale and trade of housing construction materials, daily necessities and miscellaneous goods. The other business includes non-life insurance agency business and industrial waste disposal business.
