Gastem Inc. is a Canada-based independent oil and gas exploration and development company. The Company has exploration properties rights and interests located in the Saint Lawrence Lowlands, the Gaspe Peninsula and the Magdalen Islands in Quebec. Its Magdalen Islands is located in the Quebec sector of the Magdalen Basin in the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. Its Yamaska Property consists of two exploration permits covering approximately 45,380 hectares, which is located in the Saint Lawrence Lowlands, south of Lac St-Pierre and Trois-Rivieres. Its St-Jean West Property consists of two exploration permits covering approximately 28,870 hectares situated about 30 kilometers southeast of Montreal. Its St-Jean East Property consists of three exploration permits covering approximately 50,670 hectares, which is situated about 30 kilometers southeast of Montreal. Its Joly Property is located in southwest of Quebec City. It also has three active wells in Otsego County, New York.
