Hayasa Metals Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company focused on advancing its copper and gold projects in the Tethyan Mineral belt of Armenia. The Company has an option to acquire approximately 100% of an Armenian corporation that holds the exploration license over the Vardenis copper-gold project in central Armenia. The Company also holds an exploration license relating to Urasar, a copper-gold property located in northern Armenia. The Company controls both the Urasar copper-gold project and the Vardenis copper-gold project. The Vardenis copper-gold project is located in the Central Tethyan Belt in east central Armenia, on a road-accessible property spanning 9,399 hectares. The Urasar project occurs in the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, within the NW-SE Seven-Amasi metallogenic/suture zone, comprising 33.8 square kilometers (km2). The Company is investigating other opportunities in Armenia and Georgia.
