Susan A. Noack

Susan A. Noack has been Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of GATX Corp.
since 2004.
She joined GATX in 2000.
Ms. Noack was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations for GATX Air Technical, Operations and Finance Groups in November 2005.
She was appointed Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer of GATX Capital in 2001.
She was appointed Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer of the Capital Division for GATX Financial Corp.
in 2003.
Prior to joining GATX, she worked at Bank of America Leasing & Capital.
She received a BSBA from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
