Somesh Datt Sharma founded Anergen, Inc. in 1988, where he worked as Chief Scientific Officer & Vice President-Research in 1994, Calyx Therapeutics, Inc. in 1997, where he worked as Chief Scientific Officer from 1997 to 2002, Wizard Laboratories, Inc. in 1996, where he worked as President & Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 1997, and S2 Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 1994, where he worked as President & Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 1996.
Dr. Sharma also formerly worked at Piramal Phytocare Ltd., as Non-Executive Chairman & Compliance Officer from 2008 to 2013, Applied Immune Sciences, Inc., as Immunology Director, BioSyntech, Inc., as Director, and Anosys, Inc., as Chief Scientific Officer & Executive VP.
Dr. Sharma received his doctorate degree from the University of Maryland.
