Rick Bulmann

Rick joined Lynx in April 2019 as Lead Operations Manager and was promoted to COO in April 2023.
As COO Rick, along with the operations team is responsible for working with the management teams of portfolio companies to maximize productivity, revenue, and EBITDA. Rick has over 30 years' experience in operations, engineering, and management.
Prior to joining Lynx, he was the managing partner of Correct Mold and he also worked for General Motors and Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
Rick received a Bachelor's of Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in 1992.
In his spare time, Rick enjoys cycling, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
