Frank Malcolm

Frank Malcolm joined the Inland Revenue as an Inspector of Taxes in 1967.
He spent 3 years as an Investment Analyst with Edinburgh Investment Trust (1969-1972) and is a Member of the Securities Institute.
In 1972 he joined what is now Bell Lawrie, a trading division of Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited.
At Bell Lawrie, he was successively an Investment Analyst, Head of Research, Head of Research and Institutional Sales.
Bell Lawrie was acquired by Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited in 1992.
Frank Malcolm is presently a director of Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited in their Corporate Finance division.
His work now involves the provision of advice to, and fund-raisings for, a wide variety of quoted companies.
Frank Malcolm is currently a non-executive director of Close Brothers AIM VCT, Close Brothers Development VCT and Edinburgh Income and Value Trust.
