WCE Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company’s segments include Toll concession, Construction and Others. The Toll concession segment is engaged in the business of construction, management and tolling of highway operations. The Construction segment is involved in the business of construction contracting and project management services. The Others segment is involved in leasing services and investment holdings. It also focuses on the implementation of the West Coast Expressway (WCE) project through its 80%-owned subsidiary, West Coast Expressway Sdn. The WCE project is a 233-kilometer build-operate transfer (BOT) privatization initiative, stretching from Banting in Selangor to Taiping in Perak. The WCE corridor connects key urban and rural centers including Banting, Klang, Kuala Selangor, Hutan Melintang, Teluk Intan, Sitiawan, Manjung, and Taiping, offering a modern highway alternative that reduces traffic congestion.
