Standard AVB Financial Corp. is the holding company of Standard Bank, PaSB (the Bank). The Bank is a Pennsylvania-chartered state savings bank. The Bank offers traditional deposit and loan products through its approximately 17 offices in Allegheny, Westmoreland, and Bedford Counties of Pennsylvania and Allegany County of Maryland. The Bank's business consists primarily of accepting deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, in commercial real estate loans, commercial business loans, one-to four-family residential mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit and investment securities. To a lesser extent, the Bank also originates construction loans and consumer loans. The Bank offers a variety of deposit accounts, including savings accounts, certificates of deposit, money market accounts, commercial and regular checking accounts and individual retirement accounts.
