The Company focuses on submerged and semi submerged government land by dredging operation. It focuses to develop, construct upon, operate, lease or sell those lands through its development program. The Company's objective is to reclaim and develop approximately 500 acres of land, which is located in the Bogue area, known as Montego Freeport. The Company's subsidiary is Montego Shopping Centre Limited.
