The Company owns interests in approximately 11 multifamily apartment properties consisting of approximately 6,200 apartment units and owns approximately 750,000 square feet of commercial space located in five states including Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. Its properties include Leawood at State Line, Village at Lionsgate, Kirkwood Station Plaza, Met on 7th, The Vue on Riverfront, 888 on Main, Elements of Belle Rive, Pine Lake, The View at Mandarin, Town Park Lofts, Landmark at Grandview, and The Plaza at Frisco Square.
