Cala Corporation is engaged in the hospitality business. The Company operates Cala Hotels, which are designed as floating waterfront properties and include 210-meter (710-foot) yacht-hotels. Cala Hotels are luxury ships designed to be mooring alongside the metropolitan harbors or to an existing pier development. Cala Hotels focus on featuring approximately 500 penthouses with over two heliports, and allow only paying guests to embark onboard. The Company operates Undersea Resort, which is designed to bring guests and large mammals in the same habitat. The Undersea Resort design is hybrid ship/submarine, which focuses on floating only on tropical locations and featuring approximately 400 penthouses, including approximately 100 penthouses situated below sea level. The Undersea Resort includes 60,000-square feet spa, private dining rooms, personal wine cellar, security escorts, yoga coach, fitness trainers, scuba diving and jet skier trainers, and board of directors meeting rooms.
