BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Trust Stock

BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Trust (the Trust) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Trust's investment objectives are to provide total return and income through a combination of current income, current gains, and long-term capital appreciation. The Trust’s portfolio includes both equity and debt securities. However, the Trust may emphasize either debt securities or equity securities. In addition, the Trust may invest without limit in junk bonds, corporate loans, and distressed securities. The Trust invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that, in the adviser’s assessment, meet certain environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. The Trust intends to invest up to 25% of its total assets, measured at the time of investment, in illiquid privately placed, or restricted securities. BlackRock Advisors, LLC is the Trust's investment adviser.
