AVZ Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company focused on developing the Manono Lithium and Tin Project (Manono Project) located in the south of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in central Africa. The Company has an approximately 75% interest in the Manono Project. The Manono Project comprises PR13359, which covers around 188 square kilometers (km2). The Manono Project is located 500 kilometers (km) due north of Lubumbashi in the south of the DRC in central Africa. The Manono Project consists of lithium rich LCT (lithium, cesium, tantalum) pegmatite deposits. The Company also holds a 100% interest in the Manono Extension Project, which surrounds the Manono Project. The Manono Extension Project comprises two granted exploration permits (PRs 4029 and 4030) covering 242.25 km2 surrounding the Manono Project license. Its subsidiaries include AVZ International Pty Ltd, AVZ Minerals Congo SARL, Dathcom Mining SA, AVZ Power and Nyuki Logistics Company.
