Entegris, Inc. entered into a transition agreement and release with Daniel Woodland, the Company's Senior Vice President and President, Materials Solutions, pursuant to which Mr. Woodland will retire from the Company on June 1, 2026. Olivier Blachier, who currently serves as the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, will succeed Mr. Woodland as the Company's President, Materials Solutions, effective June 1, 2026, and will retain his role as Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer.
