Mr. Tchenguiz is Chairman of Consensus Business Group, an investor in renewable energy and green technology businesses and owner of a substantial U.K.
property ground rents business, a hotels partnership with HBOS and Hilton, a technology joint-venture with Quintec (the U.K.
defense research agency) and Rotch Capital (a banking, financial, technology and securitisation business).
Mr. Tchenquiz was the co-founder with his brother, Robert, of Rotch Property Group, a highly successful real estate business which acquired a large portfolio of landmark properties in the U.K.
including six buildings previously owned by BT, the Pubmaster tenanted pub estate, the Odeon Cinema chain (in partnership with WestLB), WestLB's Woolgate Exchange, Shell Mex House and a chain of Shell petrol stations (in partnership with London & Regional).
