SAIA is an active manager which specializes in all Asian markets except Japan (complementing the parent group's expertise in Japanese equity). The firm pursues a disciplined and consistent approach to identifying trading opportunities that offer an attractive risk-reward ratio. The investment strategy and style differ across the Funds, but in general, investment opportunities are identified using fundamental analysis of economy, industries and companies.

USS integrates environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) factors into their investment decisions across all asset classes. Through engagement, voting and stewardship, they use their influence as a major institutional investor to promote good ESG practices. The firm works with policy makers and regulators to ensure that the concerns of long-term asset owners and investors are clearly understood.
