Theresa A. Fisher

Theresa Fisher concentrates on matters involving immigrant visas, including labor certification and immigrant visa petitions.
Ms. Fisher's extensive background in corporate immigration matters, management, and policy and procedures development enables Berry, Appleman & Leiden to provide its clients with the highest quality of service.
Before joining BAL, Ms. Fisher practiced all aspects of immigration law in both California and Hawaii.
She has been an active member of AILA and served as the Chair of the Hawaii Chapter of AILA (1992-93).
Ms. Fisher has been a contributor and editor to several AILA publications.
Ms. Fisher is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before the U.S.
District Court, Northern District and District of Hawaii, as well as the U.S.
Supreme Court.
Ms. Fisher received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977 and her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1980.
She has received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
