Stephen S. Kolkhorst

Stephen S.
Kolkhorst joined Hussey Seating Co. in 1979 and has been Vice President of Finance since 1983.
He is Vice Chairman of the Maine Workers Compensation Residual Market Pool Board, a Director of H.J.
Pertzborn Plumbing and Fire Protection Co., and a Trustee of the Laudholm Farm Trust.
Prior to joining Hussey Seating, Mr. Kolkhorst spent 4 years at Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
He received his Bachelor's degree in Meteorology in 1971, and a Master's degree in Accounting in 1973 from the University of Wisconsin.
Mr. Kolkhorst is a Certified Public Accountant.
