Prior to joining Hourglass Capital in 2008, Mr. Finch served as an investment analyst at Eagle Global Advisors covering the Master Limited Partnership (MLP) sector and other equities.
At Eagle, his responsibilities included portfolio management and private equity transaction review for Eagle's two MLP-focused investment partnerships.
Prior to joining Eagle, he was an investment banker in Credit Suisse's Energy Group focusing on capital raising and advisory assignments.
Previously he was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided audit and advisory services to Kinder Morgan and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
Mr. Finch earned a BBA in Accounting and a MS degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant as well as a member of the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.
