CAM believes that stocks of financially strong, undervalued companies will outperform broad market indices over normal market cycles. They use a team-based approach to search the universe of large-cap stocks where securities are liquid, company's management is dedicated to improvement and the estimated value of the company can be ascertained. CAM looks for sound companies whose stocks under-performed the equity market over the previous year, are currently valued at a discount to fair market value and exhibit p/e, price-to-cash flow and price-to-book values well below that of the equity market. Initial purchase price of each stock in the portfolio will generally be at or below its 12-month trading mid-point.

WMC seeks to invest in high quality, highly liquid, large-cap stocks. The firm generally invests in the most financially successful companies within a particular industry. They conduct in-house analysis of potential investments and do not have a specific sell or buy/hold discipline. Their decisions to exit stocks are typically not event-driven, but are based on finding a better stock to hold. There is no strict allocation among industries, sectors, and/or capitalization. WMC seeks to hold investments for a year or longer, but may liquidate in a shorter time frame under certain circumstances such as if the investment fails to perform as expected or if a more appealing investment opportunity arises.

Front Barnett seeks to achieve above-average after-tax returns on client portfolios over a market cycle. The firm’s core equity portfolio employs a growth and value-blended investment strategy. Equity portfolios are broadly diversified with large-, mid-, and small-cap securities composed of domestic and foreign domiciled common stocks, index funds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and exchange traded notes. Front Barnett manages its fixed income portfolios through active management, duration control, broad sector diversification, maintenance of issues with maturities of generally 10 years or less, and continuity of income streams ordinarily through use of investment-grade instruments.
