Prior to rejoining Northleaf in 2022, Mitch completed his MBA. Previously, Mitch was a Senior Associate, Private Equity at Northleaf in New York and originally joined as an Associate, Private Equity in Toronto in 2016.
Prior to that, he was an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets group at Scotiabank.
