Marianne Le Bourdiec

Ms. Le Bourdiec joined Sagard in 2002 as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, bringing substantial experience in financial audit and organization. She began her career with Andersen in Paris, where over 15 years she held a variety of positions, including Audit Director and Deputy Corporate Secretary for Andersen France. During this period, she conducted a number of international group infrastructure reorganization projects, and was responsible for the operational management of the administrative and financial departments at Andersen France. Ms. Le Bourdiec is a graduate from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). Directorship: Publications Professionnelles Holding (Groupe Moniteur).
