Dr. Keith M.
Moore is a Managing Director at MKM Partners LLC where he is the Head of Event Driven Research Group.
Prior to joining MKM Partners in December 2009, Dr. Moore was employed as a Co-Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager of the KDC Merger Arbitrage Fund and Director of Risk Management by Kellner Dileo & Co. LLC, as President by Jupiter Capital Management LLC.
He also did research, trading and portfolio management at Neuberger & Berman.
He is also former Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance at St. John's University and Adjunct Professor at the University of Rhode Island and New York University Dr. Moore received his BS and PhD degrees from the University of Rhode Island and his MBA from New York University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
