Jessie joined Gratitude Railroad as Principal and Head of Strategic Initiatives in July 2020.
While earning her MBA at Berkeley Haas, she was a founding principal for the Berkeley Impact Venture Partners and served as a Farber Fellow with venture philanthropy REDF.
She was also selected as the inaugural fellow for the Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership.
Prior to business school, Jessie worked at the intersection of finance, technology, and impact in New York City.
She led corporate fundraising and partnerships at Pursuit, an innovative workforce non-profit, and was a founding member at medical device start-up Smart Vision Labs.
She started her career at BlackRock serving as chief of staff to CEO Larry Fink.
Jessie graduated from Duke University with degrees in Public Policy and International Comparative Studies and is now based in Los Angeles.
