Doug Pigot

Mr. Doug Pigot is a Director & Investment Committee Member at Invico Capital Corp.He has Wealth of experience in banking, finance, capital markets advisory and general management including handsome years of experience in structuring, arranging and executing capital advisory and financing mandates.
Mr. Pigot was formerly Chief Financial Officer, and then President and CEO of DC Energy Services Inc. fro 2004 to 2009.
Prior to joining DC Energy in 2002, he was a Vice President with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. where he advised on all aspects of debt and equity financing, including structure and placement.
Prior to 2000, he was a Vice President and Director with BMO Nesbitt Burns Investment and Corporate Banking Group where he was responsible for managing the delivery of innovative financing solutions to a diversified portfolio of accounts in the oil and gas, communications, retail and government market segments.
Mr. Pigot holds a MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada and is a Fellow of The Institute of Canadian Bankers.
He sits on the board of directors of Dynetek Industries Ltd., a TSX listed company.
