Ms. Denée Denney is Co-Founder & Vice President at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors LLC.

Prior to joining GMAC Institutional Advisors in 2005, she spent over four years with L.J.
Melody & Company as a production analyst responsible for marketing to the capital markets, managing loan closings, and underwriting mezzanine, construction, and whole loan originations.
She has been active in the real estate investment industry since 2001.
Ms. Denney earned her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
