Safran: share buyback for cancellation
This Friday, Safran entered into an agreement with an investment services provider for a tranche of share buybacks for cancellation. Under the terms of this agreement, the aerospace equipment maker will buy back its own shares for a maximum amount of 375m from September 21, 2026, through no later than November 27, 2026.

EB Development Plans to Delist Eurobio Scientific by Late September

Bank of England: likely to hold rates steady amid energy market strains (AllianzGI)
"We expect the Bank of England to keep its policy rate unchanged at 3.75% at its September meeting. Since the July meeting, UK economic data have confirmed an improvement in the growth outlook, while wage growth and inflation have broadly tracked the Bank's revised projections.
