Air France-KLM, the most undervalued stock right now?
Air France-KLM shares, which have fallen 10% in 2025, have just "won" the title of lowest P/E ratio in Europe amongst companies with a market capitalization of over €1bn. The Franco-Dutch airline, or Dutch-French depending on your point of view, is undervalued for the current year and the next two years, i.e. less than twice the expected results for this year, 1.7x those for 2026 and 1.56x those for 2027. This is particularly low: according to our friends at AlphaValue, the median European 2025 P/E multiple is 13.5x and 11.9x for 2026.
