Wistil SA is a Poland-based capital group principally engaged in the production and wholesale and retail trade of fabrics, knitwear and interior decorations. It acts as a holding company for an industrial group that as of December 31, 2011, encompasses two direct subsidiaries, including Haft SA, specializing in the production of curtains and caps, and Lubiana SA, a producer of cutlery, as well as further indirect daughter companies. Wistil SA offers synthetic and mixed fabrics, knitted goods, tablecloths, bedclothes, as well as glassworks. The Company operates mainly on the domestic market, as well as exports its products to such countries as Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the Russian Federation and Kirgizstan, among others.
