Waskahigan Oil & Gas Corp. is a Canada-based junior oil and gas exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of exploring, developing, and producing petroleum and natural gas properties in Western Canada. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries, such as Odaat Oil Corp. (Odaat), Jadela Oil (US) Operating LLC (Jadela US), and Bloc NRG Corp. Odaat owns the Alberta oil and gas assets and approximately 22% interest in a non-operating disposal well in Ft. Nelson B.C. The Company, through its subsidiary, Odaat, has rights to approximately 27.25 sections gross of petroleum and natural gas rights in the Province of Alberta. Odaat owns about 10 oil and natural gas wells (gross), which are producing or can be produced at commercial volumes. Odaat owns various pipelines, surface equipment and chattels used to produce oil and natural gas from the wells. Jadela US has approximately 22% working interest in a well, which is licensed as a water disposal well.
