Technologies and Innovations Corporation AD (Korporatsiya za Tehnologii I Inovatsii Saedinenie AD or TIC Saedinenie Plc) is a Bulgaria-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition and management of shares and other financial instruments; the restructure, management, finance of long-term investments in its subsidiaries, as well as the participation in the primary and secondary markets for equity as a portfolio investor. It holds shares in a number of subsidiaries and associated companies, such as Optela-Lazerni Technolologii AD, Debelt Engineering and Orfey Klub Wellness AD, among others. The Company’s subsidiaries are active in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Financial and Investment Services, Informational Technologies, Wellness, Construction, Textile and Transport, and others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Foundation Mezhdunaroden Institut za Izsledvane na Kooperatsiite with a stake of 53.20%.
