The Company’s segments include Food and beverage, Warehouse and wharf, and Garment. The Food and beverage segment produces and distributes snacks, drinks, ice cream, and restaurants. The Warehouse and wharf segment provides warehouse rental, document and electronic media storage, and wharf services. The Garment segment produces and distributes clothing and leather work. It offers service for renting warehouse space, both for renting a house and for renting space of approximately 100 square meters or more. It provides port service for berthing ships at sea, which can berth two ships at the same time, including a parking area for many cargo ships. It also provides service in the management of inventory, with monthly inventory reports and product balance reports for invoicing.
