Danske Invest USA (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in the equities of North American and Canadian companies. As of June 30, 2012, it primarily invested in such sectors, as finance (17.57%), information technology (14.02%), health (13.93%), energy (11.41%) and durable consumer goods (11.3%), among others. As of June 30, 2012, its investment portfolio included shares of such companies, as Wells Fargo Co. (4.15%), Exxon Mobil Corp. (3.78%), Merck & Co. Inc. (3.4%), AT&T Inc. (3.3%), JPMorgan Chase & Co. (3.05%) and Pfizer Inc. (2.99%), among others. Danske Invest USA is a division of Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, a Denmark-based investment organization.
