In addition, it provides an online queue management solution which fills a need for a system to manage the queue and ensure a reduction of traffic outside and inside the office. Its products includes doctor channeling, medical examinations for fulfilling National Transport Medical Institute requirements, audio/video doctor consultations, online purchase of medicines from pharmacies, appointments via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, online requests for lab tests from preferred hospitals/labs or mobile lab units, chat with doctor, and eco-channelling services. It provides a Hospital Information System, which is hospital management software that supports healthcare operations. Its Doctor Channeling System and Service has been implemented in approximately 260 hospitals, both private and ayurvedic.
