Albion KAY VCT PLC (the Trust), formerly Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC, is a United Kingdom-based venture capital trust (VCT). The Trust’s investment policy is intended to produce a regular and predictable dividend stream with an appreciation in capital value. The Trust is focused on investing in a portfolio of higher-growth businesses across a variety of sectors of the United Kingdom economy, including higher-risk technology companies. Allocation of assets will be determined by the investment opportunities which become available, but efforts will be made to ensure that the portfolio is diversified both in terms of sector and stage of maturity of the Company. The Trust holds a diversified selection of businesses, with key investments in digital healthcare, renewable energy, financial technology, and software and other technology sectors. Albion Capital Group LLP acts as the manager of the Trust.
