Vertiseit reports higher revenue and EBITDA in the second quarter compared with the same period a year earlier.

"The market continues to develop positively, even if the willingness to invest varies across regions and segments. Interest in solutions that strengthen the digital customer experience in the physical store continues to rise, while larger international tenders are becoming increasingly common," says CEO Johan Lind.

Revenue rose 18.6% to 199.3m Swedish kronor (168.1).

Annual recurring revenue (ARR) stood at 440m Swedish kronor at the end of the quarter (290.2). The increase was 52.3% compared with the previous year at constant exchange rates. SaaS revenue (Software as a Service) for the quarter increased to 97.8m Swedish kronor (73.1).

Sequentially, ARR increased organically by 2.9% compared with the previous quarter at constant exchange rates, implying an annual organic growth rate of 12.2%.

EBITDA came in at 8.0m Swedish kronor (5.1), with an EBITDA margin of 4.0% (3.0).

Adjusted EBITDA totaled 36.7m Swedish kronor (21.6), with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.4% (12.8).

Cash EBITDA was 29m Swedish kronor (13.5).

Operating profit was -13.1m Swedish kronor (-10.5).

Net profit after tax was -18.3m Swedish kronor (-16.9) and was burdened by acquisition and integration costs of about 28.6m Swedish kronor related to Scala.

Earnings per share were -0.57 Swedish kronor (-0.50).

"The second quarter of 2026 marks an important step in Vertiseit's development. Through the acquisition of Scala, we continue to build a global market leader in In-store Experience Management (IXM) with a strengthened geographic presence, an expanded partner network and a substantially larger base of recurring SaaS revenue. At the same time, the underlying business continues to perform well, with improved profitability, strong cash flow and continued organic growth. With Scala in the group, we now have a significant business and organization in North America and have created the conditions for further geographic expansion, not least in Asia," CEO Johan Lind writes in the report.
