Devoteam announced strategic executive leadership appointments to accelerate growth across its dedicated global Google Cloud and Microsoft business units. Constantinos Raptis had been appointed Group Managing Director of the Google Cloud business unit. Constantinos Raptis brought over eight years of leadership within Devoteam, starting as a consultant to taking the Lead of the Benelux region for the Google Cloud Business Unit, where he played an instrumental role in scaling regional operations and delivering complex data and AI platforms on Google Cloud.
Following his transition to this global leadership role, Constantinos was succeeded in his Benelux capacity by Michelle Cauwels. Michelle Cauwels, who brought over five years of leadership experience as Sales Manager for Devoteam's Google Cloud Business Unit in the Benelux, succeeded Constantinos as Country Manager for the Benelux region. Nuno Oliveira Santos joined as Group Vice President and Managing Director for Devoteam Portugal, dedicating part of his mandate to leading the Microsoft Business Unit across EMEA.
Nuno Oliveira Santos joined Devoteam with extensive senior executive experience across both public and private sectors. In addition to leading Devoteam Portugal, he brought deep expertise in strategic alliances and enterprise transformation to spearhead Devoteam's Microsoft practice across EMEA.
