Navy as a Lieutenant.

Previously, he also served on the Boards of Emerson Electric, AMEREN, McCarthy Construction, Aegion and FM Global.
Walter holds a M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S.E.E.
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
