Meckel, is Partner & Director-Client Service at First Quadrant LP.
Prior to joining First Quadrant in July 1988, Mr. Meckel spent four years in Frankfurt, Germany, focusing his efforts on international finance and venture capital in the high technology sector.
He manages client operations and client support for both domestic and international tactical asset allocation products.
In addition, he is responsible for new business development in the international area.
Mr. Meckel earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
He also holds a BA in economics and German from Middlebury College.
He became a CFA charterholder in 1992.
