Prior to his present responsibilities, Mr. Canter spent four years analyzing international and domestic banks along with finance and brokerage companies for SSgA. He has significant research expertise with Latin American and Asian financial institutions as well as structured debt.
Mr. Canter graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
