Previously, Mr. Cao was a Managing Director of KLM Capital, where he focused on investments in the semiconductor and communications sectors.
Ron served on the boards or worked closely with the management teams of MetroWave Communications (sold to IPG Photonics), Sharewave (sold to Cirrus Logic), Opulan Technologies, and Global Communications Semiconductor.
Prior to KLM, he worked at Intel as a technical marketing manager on the launch of the mobile Pentium III processor and as an operations supervisor in the ramp of Intel's 0.25u manufacturing process.
