Philip Nevinny brings over two decades of legal experience to his role as General Counsel for LMN Ventures.
Philip has practiced extensively in both state and federal courts, and has substantial trial and appellate experience, including as a business litigator at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP.
In conjunction with his in-house duties, Philip advises on a variety of business transactions, such as corporate formations, acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, financings, and offerings.
Philip also continues to practice general business litigation, and to counsel clients on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademark and trade secrets, banking, and real estate.
He also has been a member of the State Bar of California Intellectual Property Section Standing Committee on Trade Secrets.
Mr. Nevinny is a graduate of Columbia University, and Boston College Law School.
When not in Court, Philip enjoys being on the Court (tennis, that is), as well as skiing, travel, food and music.
