Mr. Gray is the Technology Partner for Arbor Partners, joining the partnership in 1997 after 19 years at Comshare.
From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Gray was Comshare´s Vice President of EIS/DSS Product Development.
His development and product management teams delivered innovative applications that have been successful in the marketplace.
Detect and Alert pioneered the use of agent technology in executive information systems.

Commander Decision, brought to market in 1994, was the first three-tier EIS based on Microsoft component technology and led to DecisionWeb, a browser implementation of the application.
Sales Analyis, a sales tracking and forecasting system for business professionals, applied neural network technology while hiding the complexity of the technology from the users of the application.
Arthur Performance Tracking, performance analysis software for the fashion retail industry, provided retailers the capability to update enormous data warehouses on a daily basis.
Mr. Gray has also worked with industry and academic groups on database technology.
He was part of the team that developed the OLAP Council's OLAP API and has worked with researchers from Stanford, the University of Michigan, and the ACM on advanced techniques for rapid database retreival and updating.
From 1978 to 1993, Mr. Gray held executive positions at Comshare in Quality Assurance, Client Services, Consulting, and Product Development.
Under his development leadership, the company's Commander EIS product became the industry's flagship EIS product, gaining 50% market share by 1990.
Mr. Gray began his career in Information Technology at General Motors.
During the mid 70's, he worked on applications for Logistics, Payroll, and Manufacturing.
