Murad is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring Synergy's strategic objectives are met within the portfolio.
Additionally, Murad is the COO/CFO for Synergy Fitness’s Crunch Fitness international expansion.
Furthermore, Murad served as Vice President of the Management and Acquisition Team for Fitness Holdings North America, one of the largest Crunch Fitness franchisees.
Prior to Synergy, Murad served as an Underwriter in the Agency Loan Division at Spring 11, closing over $100 million in real estate loans.
Murad also worked as an Associate Investment Banker at CohnReznick Capital Markets focusing on acquiring capital and due diligence for real estate developments.
Murad holds a BBA and MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
