Happ is a Compliance Manager & Research Analyst at Nvest Financial LLC.
He works to keep our team abreast of the current regulatory environment.
He also supports the team with research, analysis, monitoring, and helping in the design of our portfolios.
He rose through the ranks at Fidelity Investments to become a fixed income trader.
He then joined Commonwealth Financial Network’s trading department before coming to join the Nvest team.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire.
He completed the Investment Advisor Core Compliance Program which provides essential training on the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and is a stepping stone to the IACCP Program and designation.
