Joseph Reale is the Chief Executive Officer at MAG Aerospace.
Previously, Mr. Reale served as president of Camber Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huntington Ingalls Industries.
He joined Camber in 2012 and also performed as Senior Vice President, bringing more than 20 years of government services experience focused on new business growth, shared services delivery, and strategy.
Prior to his time with Camber, Mr. Reale was Vice President for the Defense Solutions Group at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
He has a broad range of experience and capability covering operations, strategy, M&A integration, and change management.
Before working in the defense services market, he was a small business entrepreneur, starting several successful businesses including a retail clothing chain.
Mr. Reale has a Bachelor of Science in finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University
