John M.
Danko has been Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Space Systems Group of Orbital Sciences Corp.
since 2003.
He had served as Senior Vice President and Acting General Manager for the Space Systems Group of Orbital Sciences since 2002.
From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Danko served as Deputy General Manager for the Space Systems Group of Orbital Sciences.
Previously, he was in charge of the Technical Services Division of Orbital Sciences.
From 1975 until 1989, Mr. Danko held various positions with OAO Corporation, including General Manager of the Aerospace Division when it was formed in 1980.
He received a BS in Engineering Physics from Lehigh University in 1964 and an MS in Systems Engineering from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania in 1972.
Mr. Danko attended graduate school in Meteorology at Pennsylvania State University in 1965.
